Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada bolalar huquqlarini himoya qilishning nazariy, ijtimoiy va huquqiy asoslari kompleks ilmiy yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda bolalar huquqlarining shakllanishi, ularning inson huquqlari tizimidagi o‘rni, xalqaro va milliy huquqiy mexanizmlar hamda amaliyotda uchrayotgan tizimli muammolar chuqur o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, bolalar mehnati, ta’limdan chetlanish, oilaviy zo‘ravonlik, kiberbulling va raqamli xavfsizlik kabi dolzarb masalalar huquqiy va ijtimoiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari bolalar huquqlarini samarali himoya qilishda davlat, jamiyat va oila o‘rtasidagi institutsional hamkorlik hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
