Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kasbiy ta’lim mazmunini xalqaro ta’lim dasturlari asosida takomillashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Xalqaro tajribalar, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, dual ta’lim tizimi hamda raqamli texnologiyalarning kasbiy ta’limdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mehnat bozori talablariga mos mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda xalqaro standartlardan foydalanishning ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Globallashuv va shiddatli texnologik transformatsiyalar sharoitida milliy kasbiy ta’lim tizimi mazmunini xalqaro standartlar asosida takomillashtirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomida Germaniyaning dual ta’lim modeli, WorldSkills xalqaro standartlari va Yevropa malaka ramkasi (EQF) kabi ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar tahlil qilinib, ularni milliy ta’lim platformasiga adaptatsiya qilish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada an’anaviy akademik ta’limdan kompetensiyaviy yondashuvga o‘tish, o‘quv rejalarini modulli-kredit tizimiga o‘tkazish hamda baholash mezonlarini ishlab chiqarish talablariga moslashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-uslubiy tavsiyalar va strukturaviy model ilgari surilgan.
