HUMAN RESOURCES ASSESSMENT: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

In the modern economic and social environment, human resources management is important for the sustainable development of organizations. Technological progress, digital transformation processes and data-driven approaches are creating new opportunities for effective human resource management. For this reason, the need to use digital technologies and performance indicators along with traditional methods in the evaluation of human resources management is increasing. Digital transformation affects various aspects of human resources management, causing quality changes in personnel selection, labor efficiency, motivation systems and educational processes. As a result of this process, the development of human capital, the increase of innovative potential of organizations and the increase of competitiveness in the labor market are observed.

This article analyzes the principles of evaluating human resources, the changes implemented through digital technologies, and the importance of performance indicators.
